USER CLASSIFICATIONS

1. Licensed User
      i. Must identify them self as a Licensed User during registration.
      ii. A licensed user is a valid user of the GE EMR and or GE PM product and they or their facility
         possess a current and valid license to use said software.
            1. When a user leaves the facility, they are no longer a licensed user under that facility.
            2. If a facility no longer utilizes the software that qualified the user as a user, the user is
                no longer a licensed user.
            3. Third parties (consultants and vendors) are not considered as licensed users.
            4. Exceptions may be petitioned for through the CHUG Board of Directors.

2. Non-Licensed User
      i. Must identify them self as a Vendor user during registration.
      ii. A non-licensed user is any person or entity that applies for CHUG membership and does not
         possess a valid license to use the GE EMR and or PM product but does have a direct,
         established and valid relationship with GE and the GE EMR and or PM product.
            1. This includes but is not limited to:
                        a. VARs and their employees
                        b. Vendors of third party software
                        c. Consultants

3. All Other Users
      i. Any user that does not fit into the descriptions above should not apply for membership.
