Dear Virence Health customer,
We are reaching out to you today to inform you that, after much consideration, we will not be holding the Virence Health Customer Summit (formerly known as Centricity™ LIVE) this year. As you are aware from earlier announcements, we expect to fully combine with athenahealth very soon. This transaction presents us with new opportunities for leveraging the combined scale and expertise of our two organizations to deliver superior value to our customers. Postponing the Summit will allow us to take a step back, evaluate and optimize our customer engagement strategy to ensure we’re seizing every opportunity available to add new value and deliver a better customer experience. While hitting pause at this point may be disappointing, we’re confident it will set us up to ultimately do better by our customers – the only measure of success that counts. Similarly, the API Healthcare team will now have the opportunity to establish their own customer engagement approach.
