For those reporting on the Promoting Interoperability performance category, you must be on 2015 Certified Electronic Health Record Technology (CEHRT) before starting your 2019 90-day performance period. With only six weeks remaining, it’s important to start now. Please know that it can take multiple weeks to implement some of these 2015 CEHRT solutions.

✓ Centricity Integration with Azure, our Azure Active Directory (AAD) solution
✓ CCDA 2.1
✓ Patient Portal and Secure Messaging
✓ Centricity Patient API
✓ ePrescribing 4.2.2 or higher
✓ Other: Syndromic, Immunization, and CCDA interfaces

Where do I find resources on enabling 2015 CEHRT?
For support resources, log in to the Customer Portal, select the Community tab and your product, followed by the Upgrade Resources button. From there, click on the link to 2015 Edition CEHRT or other pages such as Technical Planning or Education.
We know that many of you are enabling our Patient API integration, the final step of the 2015 CEHRT readiness program. Once our Patient API integration (B2C Script) is implemented, the final steps are determining whether to contract with an API vendor and how to provide instructions to patients. To provide additional guidance on this matter, we held a Patient API webinar on August 6. You can access it on-demand here.
